Is the free plan really free?

Yes — no card, no time limit. Your agent goes live on your site with a small “Powered by LTBR” badge and 100 answers a month. Upgrade when you want to remove the badge, capture leads, or handle more traffic.

What’s the difference between the plans?

Free gets you live (branded). Studio ($15/mo) removes the badge, captures leads, adds a custom domain, and raises your monthly answers to 2,000. Pro ($39/mo) adds web search, the best answer model, insights, and 10,000 answers. Paid plans are priced per site.

What are credits?

Credits are your monthly answer allowance. A chat answer costs 1 credit; richer actions like a web search or forwarding a lead cost a few more. When you hit the cap your agent pauses until the next cycle — no surprise overage bills.

Can I cancel later?

Yes — manage or cancel anytime from your dashboard. If you cancel a paid plan your account simply drops back to the free plan: your agent stays live (branded) and all your knowledge is saved.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.
