2. Description of service
LTBR is a platform that turns a website into an embeddable chat agent that answers from your content. We crawl and index your content, help you configure an agent, host a chat widget, and provide an embed snippet.
3. Account registration
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable use
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Index content you do not own or have permission to use
- Distribute malware or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the service for spam or unsolicited communications
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you index and the configuration you create. By using the service, you grant us a license to crawl, store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you.
6. Subscription and payment
- Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- Usage is subject to the credit allowance and caps of your plan
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension
7. Service availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice and are not liable for downtime or interruptions.
8. Intellectual property
LTBR and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LTBR and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LTBR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LTBR and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
12. Changes to terms
We may modify these terms and will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
